Serving up some Persian treats on Sunday Brunch

I really enjoyed being invited onto Channel 4’s flagship cookery show Sunday Brunch this weekend introducing Persian recipes from my book and talking about my travels around Iran.

I presented 4 dishes from the book – a carrot, rosewater and cardamom jam, a burnt aubergine and walnut dip, barberry and saffron chicken and sour cherry and chocolate cookies. They all went down a treat with the hosts and guests which was wonderful to see.
